March has arrived and our theme for the month is ‘Spring’ 🌸 which is just around the corner. Every day this week was an event of some sort that had us outdoors for exercise ⚽️, making rainbows indoors 🌈, enjoying some tasty treats for Pancake Tuesday 🥞, opening our own Evergreen Cafe ☕️🍽️ for a new snack time experience, and enjoying stories aplenty and dressing up for World Book Day 📚. We also had lots of colourful spud 🥔 book characters on display from our favourite tales, and Mrs Adair, Greyabbey Primary’s P1 teacher joined us as a guest reader for Circle Time 📖.
We rounded the week off with another musical genre for ‘Footloose Friday’ with classical music 🎻🎼 testing everyone’s sophisticated dancing skills thanks to Mozart, Tony Ann, Andre Rieu, and Vivaldi 🎶.
