We’re back after the Halloween break and with a new month it’s time for a new theme so we’re heading for the final frontier with a month of space fun 🪐. We had a look this week at our neighbours in the solar system with planets big and small all spinning around the sun ☀️. While there are lots of planets to visit we learned there’s no place like home as everywhere else is either too hot or too cold, too windy or had no air at all.
Now we’ve found places to see we needed to have a think about how to get there so with the help of some homemade hydrazine 🔥 we investigated how rockets work 🚀.
We also had a guest visit this week with Mrs Milford P1 & 2 teacher from Loughries Integrated Primary School stopping by and bringing some music fun 🪗 and a dancing friend.
