The Education Authority application portal to apply for your child’s pre-school place for September 2026 is now live. It remains open until January 21st at 12noon, places are limited.
Children born on or between 2 July 2022 and 1 July 2023 will be eligible to apply for a government funded pre-school place for September 2026.
Where to go for Pre-school? 
We hope you’ll consider joining Evergreen Wood on the shores of Strangford Lough for your child to play and learn in nature, just 10mins from Newtownards. We’re going full-time for September 2026 and will be open 9.15am to 1.45pm with a school dinner option available from the EA Catering Service
